摘要:
目的：探讨中医适宜技术联合心理干预对恶性肿瘤患者心理状态的影响。方法:随机抽取2017年9月至2018年3月甘肃省肿瘤医院收治的恶性肿瘤患者400例，随机分为对照组、中医适宜技术干预组、心理干预组、中医适宜技术联合心理干预组，每组各100例。对照组患者采用肿瘤规范治疗及护理，中医适宜技术干预组在肿瘤规范治疗及护理的基础上给予中医适宜技术，心理干预组在肿瘤规范治疗及护理的基础上给予心理干预，中医适宜技术联合心理干预组在肿瘤规范治疗及护理的基础上同时给予中医适宜技术联合心理干预，比较各组患者心理状态改善情况。结果:焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale，SAS)及抑郁自评量表(self rating depression scale，SDS)、简明心境状态评定量表(profile of mood states,POMS)评分除对照组外，各干预组均较干预前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。干预后中医适宜技术联合心理干预组与中医适宜技术组、心理干预组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，中医适宜技术组与心理干预组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论:采用中医适宜技术联合心理干预可明显改善恶性肿瘤患者心理状态。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influence of TCM appropriate techniques joined with psychological intervention on psychological state of the patients with malignant tumor. Methods: All 400 patients with malignant tumor hospitalized from September, 2017 to March, 2018 were randomly chosen, randomized into the control group, the intervention group of TCM appropriate techniques, psychological intervention group and the combination group, 100 cases each group. The control group used tumor standard therapy and nursing, the intervention group of TCM appropriate techniques accepted TCM appropriate techniques based on therapy standard tumor and nursing, psycholo-gical intervention group psychological intervention, and the combination group TCM appropriate techniques and psychological intervention, to compare the improvements of psychological state between different groups. Results: Except the control group, SAS, SDS and POMS of different intervention groups reduced notably compared with before intervention, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The differences were significant when the combination group was compared with TCM appropriate techniques group and psychological intervention group (P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning when TCM appropriate technique group was compared with psychological intervention group (P＞0.05). Conclusion: TCM appropriate techniques joined with psychological intervention could improve psychological state of the patients with malignant tumor apparently.
