摘要:
目的观察井穴放血疗法对脑淋巴引流阻断缺血大鼠脑水肿的影响。 方法将雄性SD大鼠30只随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、井穴放血组、缺血+淋巴引流阻滞组和缺血+淋巴引流阻滞+井穴放血组,分别用Longa法和Casley-Smith法制作永久性大脑中动脉栓塞模型和脑淋巴引流阻断模型,测定6 h后各组大鼠脑含水量、脑系数和脑密度。 结果右脑含水量模型组高于井穴放血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),井穴放血组右脑含水量小于缺血+淋巴引流阻滞组与缺血+淋巴引流阻滞+井穴放血组(P<0.05),缺血+淋巴引流阻滞组和缺血+淋巴引流阻滞+井穴放血组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。左脑系数各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);除正常组和假手术组外,其余各组右脑系数与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);全脑系数井穴放血组与缺血+淋巴引流阻滞组和缺血+淋巴引流阻滞+井穴放血组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而缺血+淋巴引流阻滞组和缺血+淋巴引流阻滞+井穴放血组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。右侧脑密度模型组、缺血+淋巴引流阻滞组缺血+淋巴引流阻滞+井穴放血组与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论井穴放血疗法对脑缺血急性期脑水肿有一定改善作用,实施脑淋巴引流阻断后井穴放血效应减弱。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of bleeding at well points on cerebral edema in experimental ischemic rats after emergency treatment of cerebral lymphatic drainage block. MethodsThirty male SD rats were randomized into the normal group, sham operation group, the model group, bleeding at well point group, ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block group and ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block+bleeding at well point group, Longa method and Casley-Smith method were used to establish pMCAO and CLB models respectively, to detect brain water content, brain coefficient value and brain density of the rats in different groups in six hours. ResultsThe model group was higher than bleeding at well point group in right brain water content, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), right brain water content of bleeding at well point group was less than that of ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block group and ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block+bleeding at well point group (P<0.05), there was no statistical difference between ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block group and ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block+bleeding at well point group (P>0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning among different groups in left brain coefficient (P>0.05); except the normal group and sham operation group, the difference showed statistical meaning in right brain coefficient when other groups were compared with the model group (P<0.05); the difference was statistically significant in whole brain coefficient when bleeding at well point group was compared with ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block group and ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block+bleeding at well point group (P<0.05), while the difference had no statistical meaning when ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block group was compared with ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block+bleeding at well point group (P>0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning when the model group, ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block group and ischemia+cervical lymphatic drainage block+bleeding at well point group were compared with the normal group in right brain density (P<0.01). ConclusionBleeding at well point could improve cerebral edema at acute stage in cerebral ischemia to a certain degrees, and its effects could be attenuated to a certain degrees after cerebral lymphatic blockage block.
