摘要:
以构建学科体系为目的,应用分析比较的方法对传统食养、食疗、药膳三者的区别联系从历史源流、应用体系、教学研究3个方面进行深入探讨,以期为进一步阐述中医食疗学科体系,为开展更高层级的学研讨论打下基础。
Abstract:
In order to construct the discipline system, the methods of analysis and comparison were applied to further discuss the difference and connections of traditional diet, dietotherapy and medicated diet from historical origin, application system and teaching research, in the hope of laying the foundation for further elaborating the new TCM dietotherapy discipline system and higher-level academic research discussion.
