摘要:
通过验案总结顾乃芳教授治疗银屑病的经验，顾乃芳教授善治各类皮肤病疑难杂症，特别对银屑病的诊治有独到见解：重视整体观念，以内治外、辨证施治；善于分期辨治三步治疗，初期清热凉血解毒，中期清热活血逐瘀，后期清热养阴，滋阴润燥、补益肝肾；同时重视调护脾胃、调养情志，倡导身心合一；自创基础方“消银一号方”，师古而不泥古，学今而能化裁。
Abstract:
Professor Gu Naifang’s experience in treating psoriasis is summarized through the proved cases, professor Gu Naifang is skilled at treating miscellaneous skin diseases, especially has the unique views on the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis; she pays attention to the concept of holism, treating the external with the internal factor, syndrome differentiation and treatment; treat the disease in three steps according to the stages, clearing heat, cooling blood and detoxifying at the primary stage, clearing heat, promoting blood circulation and eliminating stasis at middle stage, clearing heat, nourishing Yin and moistening dryness, tonifying liver and kidney at the later stage; she emphasizes the care of spleen and stomach, regulating the mood, advocates the unity of body and mind; she makes basic prescription “psoriasis-eliminating prescription No.1”, learn from the past but not limited by the past, modifies the prescription after learning the present.
