摘要:
目的观察中医六字诀训练结合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。 方法将Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者40例按照1：1比例随机分为六字诀组和对照组。六字诀组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上进行6个月的六字诀训练，每周训练6次，每次训练60 min。对照组患者只接受西医常规治疗，不进行任何运动训练。评价治疗前后两组患者肺功能、6分钟步行距离（6 minutes walking distance，6 MWD）、30 s坐立次数试验（sit and stand test for 30 seconds，30 s SST）和圣乔治呼吸问卷（St George’s respiratory questionnaire，SGRQ）生活质量。 结果六字诀组患者治疗后肺功能、6 MWD、30 s SST和生活质量均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05）；对照组患者治疗后肺功能、6 MWD、30 s SST与治疗前比较无显著差异（P＞0.05），生活质量较治疗前下降（P＜0.05）。治疗后六字诀组患者第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1/pred%）、6 MWD、30 s SST和生活质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论中医六字诀训练结合西医常规治疗能改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能、运动能力和生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of TCM six-character formula and Western medicine in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). MethodsForty patients suffering COPD at stages of II and III were randomly separated into six-character formula group and the control group according to the ratio of 1:1. six-character formula group accepted six-character formula training for six months on the foundation of Western medicine, six times each week, 60 min each time. The control group only adopted clinical therapy of Western medicine and didn’t accept any exercise training. To evaluate pulmonary function, 6 MWD, 30 s SST and SGRQ before and after treating between both groups. ResultsPulmonary function, 6 MWD, 30 s SST and SGRQ of the patients in six-character formula group were improved compared with these before treating (P<0.05). No significant difference has been found in the comparisons of pulmonary function, 6 MWT and 30 s SST of the control group between before and after treating (P>0.05), quality of life reduced (P<0.05). After treating, six-character formula group was higher than the control group in FEV1/pred%, 6 MWD, 30 s SST and SGRQ(P<0.05). ConclusionTCM six-character formula and Western medicine in treating COPD patients could improve pulmonary function, movement and quality of life.
