摘要:
目的探讨耳穴贴压联合艾灸对肠癌手术患者术后疼痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响。 方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月收治的82例肠癌手术患者临床资料，其中对照组41例患者接受常规护理，观察组41例患者在常规护理基础上进行耳穴贴压联合艾灸。比较两组患者疼痛评分、胃肠功能恢复时间、换药前后生理指标及肠胃反应分级。 结果两组患者术后第1天VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后第3、5、7天观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者术后第1、3、5、7天心率差值比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后第1天两组患者舒张压及收缩压差值比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后第3、5、7天观察组患者舒张压及收缩压差值低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排气、排便、进食时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者胃肠反应分级比较差异有统计学意义（Z=-3.246，P=0.001）。 结论在常规护理的基础上耳穴贴压联合艾灸可减少肠癌手术患者术后疼痛，优化胃肠功能，稳定患者各生理指标。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of auricular acupoints pressing joined with moxibustion on posto- perative pain and the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the patients after the surgery of colon cancer. MethodsClinical data of 82 patients who were hospitalized from January, 2014 to December, 2016 into our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, among them, 41 cases of the control group accepted conventional care, and 41 cases of the observation group were given auricular acupoints pressing joined with moxibustion. To compare pain scores, the time of gastrointestinal function recovery, physiological indexes before and after changing the dressing, gastrointestinal function grading in both groups. ResultsThe difference had no statistical meaning in VAS scores at the first day after the operation between both groups (P＞0.05), VAS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group at the third, fifth and seventh day after the operation (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in heart rate D-values between both groups at the first, third, fifth and seventh day after the operation (P＞0.05); the difference could not been found in the D-values of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure between both groups at the first day after the operation (P＞0.05), the D-values of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of the observation group were lower than these of the control group at the third, fifth and seventh day after the operation (P＜0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in the recovery time of intestinal gurgling sound, the time of initial exhaust, defecation and taking food(P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the grading of gastrointestinal reaction between both groups (Z=-3.246, P=0.001). ConclusionAuricular acupoints pressing joined with moxibustion could relieve postoperative pain and improve gastrointestinal function of the patients after the surgery of colon cancer stabilize physiological indexes.
