摘要:
孙希焕主任认为百日咳病因为本虚标实，即患儿素体脾胃虚弱，又恰逢感受百日咳时邪而发病；治疗除“祛邪”外，还应重视“扶正”。祛邪主要指清热化痰，调肝降逆；扶正主要体现在泻肺祛邪时兼以润肺，以恐伤肺气太过，而复感他邪；此外在整个疗程中都要兼顾脾胃，用药泻中寓补，补中兼收，表里同治。
Abstract:
Chief physician Sun Xihuan thinks that the cause of pertussis is the syndrome of difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, namely the children’s spleen and stomach are weak, the disease attacks when they are attacked by seasonal evil pertussis; the treatment should stress “enhancing healthy Qi” apart from “eliminating the evil”. Eliminating the evil mainly means clearing heat and reducing phlegm, regulating liver and reducing the adverse; enhancing healthy Qi primarily embodies in purging lung and eliminating the evil, and moistening the lung, in order to avoid hurting lung too much, and attacked by other evils; in addition, spleen and stomach should be considered in the whole course of treatment, the medication should pay attention to purging and reinforcing, tonifying and restraining, treating both exterior and interior.
