摘要:: 基于《金匮要略?肺痿肺痈咳嗽上气病证脉治》中“热之所过，血为之凝滞”的相关论述，着眼于风、热、毒、瘀、虚之邪，分阶段论治支气管扩张合并感染，倡扶正驱邪之宗，兼以祛风、清热、解毒、化瘀、补虚诸法，可为本病的治疗提供新思路、新方法。

Abstract:: Based on the related statement of “blood stasis caused by excessive heat” in the chapter of the disease, syndromes, pulses and treatment of atrophic lung disease, lung abscess, cough and upbearing Qi, the author stated the treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with infection by stages from the evils of wind, heat, toxin, stasis and deficiency, she advocated enhancing healthy Qi and eliminating the evil, complicated by the methods of dispelling wind, clearing heat, detoxifying, eliminating stasis and tonifying deficiency, in order to provide new thinking and approach for the therapy of the disease.
