摘要:
目的探讨中药组方联合神经肌肉关节促进法（neuromuscular joint facilitation，NJF）技术对脑卒中软瘫期患者神经功能缺损评分及运动功能恢复的影响。 方法将脑卒中软瘫期患者188例按照入院顺序，根据随机信封抽签法分为联合组与对照组各94例。对照组给予NJF技术治疗，联合组给予中药组方联合NJF技术治疗，疗程8周，记录治疗前后患者神经功能缺损评分及运动功能恢复情况。 结果治疗后两组患者步长、步频、步速与髋关节、膝关节最大屈曲角、伸展角均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），联合组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后血清白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β，IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6，IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α)均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），联合组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。总有效率联合组为98.9%，高于对照组的90.4%（P＜0.05）。 结论中药组方联合NJF技术能改善脑卒中软瘫期患者的神经功能缺损状况，抑制血清炎症因子释放，促进恢复患者运动功能，提高治疗总体效果。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of TCM prescription combined with neuromuscular joint facilitation (NJF) technique on neurological deficit scores and motor function recovery in stroke patients at soft paralysis stage. MethodsAll 188 patients were separated into the combination group and the control group according to admission order in light of random envelope lottery method, with 94 cases in each group. The control group was treated by NJF technique, the combination group accepted TCM prescriptions and NJF technique, the course was eight weeks, to record neurological deficit scores and motor function recovery before and after treating. ResultsStep length, step frequency, step speed and maximum flexion angle and extension angle of hip and knee in both groups after treating were higher than these before treating (P<0.05), the combination group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α of both groups after treating were lower than these before treating (P<0.05), the combination group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the combination group was 98.9%, higher than 90.4% of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM prescription and NJF technique could improve neurological deficit scores, inhibit the release of serum inflammatory factors, promote the recovery of motor function and raise therapeutic overall effects in the treatment of stroke patients at soft paralysis stage.
