摘要:
目的基于网络药理学方法探讨过敏煎治疗过敏性哮喘的分子作用机制。 方法通过中药系统药理学分析平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,TCMSP)数据库,筛选过敏煎的活性成分;利用Drugbank、人类基因数据库(GeneCards)、在线孟德尔人类遗传数据库(Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,OMIM)预测相关靶点;采用Cytoscape 3.2.1软件构建过敏煎-活性成分-靶基因-疾病的中药调控网络;通过DAVID数据库进行京都基因(gene ontology,GO)和基因组百科全书(kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG)富集分析;通过Cytoscape 3.7.1绘图。 结果筛选得到过敏煎共141个活性成分,疾病靶点134个,通路164条。 结论过敏煎治疗过敏性哮喘具有多成分-多靶点-多途径的作用特点。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the molecular mechanism of Guomin Jian(GMJ) in treating allergic asthma based on network pharmacology. MethodsActive ingredients of GMJ were screened by using TCMSP database; the related targets were predicted by using Drugbank, GeneCards and OMIM database; TCM regulation network of GMJ-active ingredients-target gene-disease was constructed by adopting Cytoscape 3.2.1 software; GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed via DAVID database; and the pictures were drawn by using Cytoscape 3.7.1. ResultsAfter screening, 141 active ingredients, 134 disease targets and 164 pathways of GMJ were obtained. ConclusionGMJ in treating allergic asthma has the characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway.
