摘要:
马拴全教授认为银屑病虽发生于皮肤肌表，但与温病学卫气营血传变关系密切，二者主因皆属热毒为患，以斑疹、鳞屑、发热为主证的温热病理论体系是形成本病中医治疗的重要内容，故本病的临证治疗多基于温病学卫气营血理论指导，可提高疗效。
Abstract:
Professor Ma Shuanquan believes that psoriasis occurs on the skin and muscular surface, but it could track the progress of defense, Qi, nutrient and blood of febrile disease closely, the main causes of both belongs to heat toxin, theoretical system of febrile disease with macula, scale and fever as the main syndromes is the important part formed in TCM therapy for the disease, therefore clinical treatment of the disease is mostly guided by defense, Qi, nutrient and blood theory of febrile disease, which could improve clinical effects.
