摘要:
通过阐述全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty，TKA）术后血栓形成的机制、危险因素及穴位电刺激在TKA术后预防血栓形成机制方面的影响因素，进一步指导临床实践，以期为围手术期行穴位电刺激预防TKA术后发生下肢深静脉血栓提供理论依据。
Abstract:
The mechanism and risk factors of postoperative thrombosis after TKA, the influencing factor and application of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) in the mechanism of preventing thrombosis after TKA were summarized to further guide clinical practice, with the aim of providing theoretical reference for the prevention of DVT after TKA by TEAS during perioperative period.
