摘要:
目的观察扶正解毒化瘀方含药血清联合对铜绿假单胞菌(pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)和多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(multidrug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa,MDRPA)的体外抑菌作用。 方法使用微量稀释法检测扶正解毒化瘀方含药血清单独及联合注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦(特治星)对体外抑制PA和MDRPA的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);K-B纸片法测定特治星及其联合含药血清对PA及MDRPA的抑菌作用。 结果对PA的MIC中药含药血清联合特治星与空白血清联合特治星比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与空白血清联合特治星比较,中药2倍、4倍含药血清联合特治星不能降低对MDRPA的MIC,而中药8倍含药血清联合特治星能降低MDRPA一个梯度的MIC。K-B纸片法显示特治星及其联合含药血清对PA及MDRPA的抑制作用各组组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论高浓度扶正解毒化瘀方含药血清有一定体外抑菌作用,可一定程度恢复MDRPA对特治星的敏感性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the in-vitro bacteriostatic action of serum containing Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu prescription (FJHP) and antibacterial agents on PA and MDRPA. MethodsMicrodilution method was applied to detect MIC of serum containing FJHP and its combination with antibacterial agents on PA and MDRPA in vitro;K-B paper strip method was to detect the bacteriostatic action of Tezhixin and its combination with the medicated serum on PA and MDRPA. ResultsNo obvious difference was found in MIC of serum containing herbs in comination with piperacillin/Tezhixin, and the blank serum joined with Tezhixin on PA (P>0.05); compared with the blank serum and Tezhixin, two and four times drug-containing serum and Tezhixin could not lower its MIC on MDRPA, while eight times drug-containing serum and Tezhixin could reduce a gradient MIC on MDRPA. K-B paper strip method revealed that the difference had no statistical meaning in the inhibitory effects of Tezhixin and its combination with the medicated serum on PA and MDRPA among different groups (P>0.05). ConclusionHigh concentrations of serum containing FJHP has certain antibacterial effect in vitro, and it could restore the sensitivity of MDRPA to Tezhixin to a certain degree.
