摘要:
目的通过筛选小青龙汤方证得到临床研究文献，整理总结该方涉及的病种、症状、用药加减等，探求其运用规律。 方法文献检索策略为“小青龙汤”且全文包含“临床研究”或“临床观察”等，检索2000—2020年期间收录于中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库及万方数据库的小青龙汤的临床研究。分析其主治病种、主治症状、配伍规律、药物使用等，探讨其临床应用的核心机制。 结果小青龙汤方主要应用于呼吸系统疾病，包括支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、急慢性支气管炎、变应性鼻炎等；主症是咳、痰、喘，原文的发热、干呕、小便不利、水肿等症状罕见；方中药味用量比仲景原方少，药量较《中华人民共和国药典》和教科书略大；加减药物以益气健脾和止咳化痰为主。 结论小青龙汤方的现代应用以呼吸系统疾病为主，具体用法用量与仲景原方存在差异。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application rules of Xiaoqinglong decoction by arranging and summ-arizing the disease entities, symptoms and medication modification of Xiaoqinglong decoction found in clinical research literature, obtained via searching the syndromes of Xiaoqinglong decoction. MethodsLiterature retrieval strategy is "Xiaoqinglong decoction" and the full text containing "clinical research" or "clinical observation", etc, clinical study on Xiaoqinglong decoction was searched from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang between 2000 and 2020. To analyze the disease entities, indications, compatibility regulations, drug application of the prescription, and to explore the core mechanism of its clinical application. ResultsThe prescription is mainly used for the diseases of respiratory system, including bronchial asthma, COPD, acute or chronic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis and others; the main symptoms are cough, sputum and panting, while fever, dry vomiting, difficult urination and edema in the original text are rarely seen; the dose of the herbs in the prescriptions is less than that in Zhongjing's original text, slightly greater than that in Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China and textbook; the modified medicine are of invigorating Qi and spleen, stopping cough and resolving phlegm mainly. ConclusionModern application of Xiaoqinglong decoction is mainly in the disease of respiratory system, and the difference exists in the specific usage and dosage when the prescription is compared with Zhongjing's original text.
