摘要:
目的探讨刺山柑对腺瘤性息肉病基因(adenomatous polyposis coli,APC)动物模型APCmin/+小鼠肠道腺瘤性息肉(adenomatous polyps,APs)数量及大小的影响。 方法将48只4周龄APCmin/+雄性小鼠随机分为刺山柑低、中、高剂量组(150、300、600 g/L)和生理盐水组,每组12只,以2 mL刺山柑煎剂或生理盐水灌胃,每周灌胃5天休2天,第12周处死小鼠取肠道组织,解剖镜下观察各组肠道组织中APs的个数、分布及直径大小,计算肠腺瘤抑制率。 结果灌胃11周后,中、高剂量组小鼠小肠尤其是小肠中段腺瘤数量减少,结肠部位腺瘤直径缩小(P<0.05),且相比生理盐水组,高剂量组小肠远段腺瘤数量及结肠<1 mm和1~2 mm的腺瘤数量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论刺山柑可对APCmin/+小鼠肠道内APs的数量及大小起抑制作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of Cishangan (capparis spinosa L.) on the number and the size of APs in APCmin/+ mice models. MethodsAll 48 four-week-old APC min/+ male mice were randomized into low, moderate and high doses groups of Cishangan (150, 300 and 600 g/L) and physiological saline group, 12 ones each group, and they accepted intragastric administration of 2 mL Cishangan decoction or physiological saline for five days per week, and the interval was two days, the mice were sacrificed at the 12th week to take out the intestinal tissues, to observe the number, distribution and diameters of intestinal APs in different groups under the anatomical lens, to calculate the inhibition rate of intestinal adenoma. ResultsAfter 11 weeks of gavage, the number of adenomas in the small intestine, particularly in the middle part, and the diameters of adenomas in the colon site reduced in moderate and high doses groups (P<0.05), and when high dose group was compared with physiological saline group, the difference had statistical meaning in the number of adenomas in the distal part of the small intestine, and the number of adenomas<1 mm and 1~2 mm in the colon (P<0.05). ConclusionCishangan could inhibit the number and the size of APs in the intestine of APC min/+mice.
