摘要:
目的探究中医特色疼痛护理配合多途径专项延续管理对断指再植术患者疼痛评分、功能恢复情况的影响。 方法选取100例手指离断者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用中医特色疼痛护理配合多途径专项延续管理。对比两组患者的疼痛评分、功能恢复情况、生活质量。 结果观察组术后1、3、6个月疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组手术后1、3、6个月手指功能恢复情况评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后两组生活质量评分较护理前明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论采用中医特色疼痛护理配合多途径专项延续管理，能够减轻患者的疼痛程度，促进患者再植指功能的恢复，并改其生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey the influence of TCM - featured pain nursing and multi-channel special continuation management on VAS and functional rehabilitation in patients after reimplantation of amputated finger. MethodsOne hundred patients with amputated finger were selected for the study, and they were allocated to the observation group and the control group by using random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional care, and the observation group used TCM - featured pain nursing and multi-channel special continuation management. To compare VAS, functional rehabilitation and quality of life between both groups. ResultsThe observation group was lower than the control group in VAS scores one, three and six months after the surgery apparently, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); finger functional recovery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group one, three and six months after the surgery remarkably, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after the nursing, the scores of quality of care of the two groups increased noticeably than before nursing, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05), and the observation group was obviously higher than the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM - featured pain nursing and multi-channel special continuation management could relieve the patients' pain, promote functional rehabilitation of patients' reimplantation fingers and perfect their quality of life.
