摘要:
目的探讨五味子水煎液对小鼠抗运动性疲劳和抗氧化的作用机制。 方法将健康昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组和五味子水煎液高(400 mg/kg)、中(200 mg/kg)、低(100 mg/kg)剂量组,空白对照组小鼠给予等体积生理盐水;测定各组小鼠力竭游泳时间,肝糖原、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血乳酸(blood lactic acid,BLA)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、过氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量。 结果五味子水煎液对负重小鼠游泳时间有延长作用,五味子中、高剂量组与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);五味子水煎液各剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量高于空白对照组(P<0.05);五味子水煎液各剂量能降低血液中BLA含量;与空白对照组比较,五味子高剂量组小鼠运动疲劳后BUN体内蓄积含量降低;五味子水煎液各剂量能提升SOD活力,抑制小鼠肝组织中MDA含量;与空白对照组比较,五味子水煎液高剂量组CAT含量升高。 结论五味子水煎液具有延缓疲劳和提高机体抗疲劳、抗氧化的能力,其机制可能与升高肝糖原、CAT含量及SOD活力,降低BLA、BUN与MDA含量有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the mechanism of Wuweizi decoction on sports fatigue and oxidation in mice. MethodsHealthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, high (400 mg/kg), moderate (200 mg/kg) and low (100 mg/kg) dosages groups of Wuweizi decoction, blank control group was given the equivalent volume of normal saline, to detect swimming endurance time, hepatic glycogen, BUN, BLA, the contents of CAT, SOD and MDA of the mice. ResultsWuweizi decoction could extend swimming endurance time of the weight-bearing mice, the difference had statistical meaning when moderate and high dose groups of Wuweizi were compared with blank control group (P<0.05); the contents of hepatic glycogen of different doses groups of Wuweizi decoction were higher than these of blank control group (P<0.05); different doses of Wuweizi decoction could reduce the contents of BLA in the blood; compared with blank control group, BUN accumulation content in the body lowered in high dosage group of Wuweizi decoction after exercise fatigue; Wuweizi decoction in different doses could raise the vitality of SOD and restrain the contents of MDA in liver tissue of the mice; compared with blank control group, the contents of CAT increased in high dose group of Wuweizi decoction. ConclusionWuweizi decoction has the ability to delay fatigue and improve the body to resist fatigue and oxidation, and its mechanism might be related to elevating hepatic glycogen, the contents of CAT and the vitality of SOD, reducing the contents of BLA, BUN and MDA.
