摘要:
探讨《黄帝内经》原文中“肾者，谓之关也”相关理论及思想，进一步明确“肾关不利”所致疾病可按“病在上”（咳喘等）、“病在中”（鼓胀、水肿等）、“病在下”（小便不利）理论，以期更好地指导临床。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the relevant theory and thinking of "kidney as the pass of stomach" in Huangdi Neijing, further clarifying that the disease caused by "renal dysfunction" could be summarized in terms of "illness on the top" (cough and asthma), "illness in the middle" (tympanites, edema, etc.), and "illness on the bottom"(difficulty in urination), in order to better guide clinical application.
