摘要:
综述中药及其提取物治疗痤疮的动物实验及临床研究,从信号通路及炎症因子角度总结中药及其提取物治疗痤疮的作用靶点,提出MAPK/NF-κB、PI3K/Akt、TGF-β/Smad信号通路及炎症因子为其共性作用靶点,可为今后中药及提取物治疗痤疮的实验设计和新药研制提供依据。
Abstract:
By reviewing animal experiments and clinical study on TCM and its extracts, the paper summarized the targets of action of TCM and its extracts in the treatment of acne from the perspectives of signaling pathway and inflammatory factors, proposing that MAPK/NF-κB, PI3K/AKT, TGF-β/Smad signaling pathways and inflammatory factors were their common targets of action, and it could provide the reference for experimental design and the development of new drugs of TCM and its extracts in the treatment of acne in the future.
