摘要:
目的采用中医传承辅助平台对中医内科疾病心悸的处方用药规律进行研究。 方法收集中国知网、维普中文期刊服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台中涉及中药处方治疗心悸的临床与基础研究的文献。检索时限为1996年1月至2019年2月。对处方的中药组成、功效归类、性味归经等参照相关标准进行规范化处理。 结果共纳入文献333篇，整理出46首治疗心悸的处方，涉及103味中药。药性以温为主，药味以甘味为主。同时，分析出59个使用频次≥2的药物，42组常用药对，并从中提取了4组潜在的核心药物组合。 结论中药处方治疗心悸的组方，多以温阳益气药物为主，配伍养阴、化痰和活血化瘀药物协同治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the composition principles of prescriptions for treating palpitations based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). MethodsThe literature about clinical and basic studies involving TCM prescriptions of palpitations were collected from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang. The retrieval limit was between January 1996 and February 2019. The compositions of herbs, the classification of the efficacy, the nature, the taste and meridian tropism were standardized and processed by referring to the relevant standard. ResultsA total of 333 articles were included in the study, and 46 prescriptions of treating palpitations were sorted out, involving 103 herbs. The herbs were warm in nature and sweet in taste mainly. Meanwhile, the anslysis obtained 59 frequently used herbs (frequency≥2), 42 commonly used couplet medicines, and abstracted four potential core drug combinations. ConclusionThe composition principles of prescriptions for treating palpitations are on the basis of warming Yang and invigorating Qi medicine, combining with the medicine of nourishing yin, reducing phlegm and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
