摘要:
目的：观察小承气汤配合中药穴位贴敷治疗中风后便秘的临床效果。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组40例，治疗组口服小承气汤辨证加减配合穴位贴敷，对照组口服西沙比利。治疗结束后观察临床症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果：治疗组便秘症状明显改善，与对照组比较，有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；治疗组总有效率90.00%，高于对照组72.50%(P＜0.05)。排便困难程度、粪便性状、下坠感、排便频度、腹胀程度等便秘指标评分治疗后2组均有改善(P＜0.05)，且治疗组改善较对照组显著(P＜0.05)。结论：小承气汤配合穴位贴敷治疗中风后便秘疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effect of XiaoChengQiTang combined with external application therapy in treating constipation of stroke patients. Method: Eighty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group on average. Treatment group were given with modified XiaoChengQiTang and external application therapy, control group orally took cisapride. The improvements of symptoms and clinical effects were observed after the treatment. Result: Constipation significantly improved in treatment group compared with control group with a significant difference (P＜0.05); total effective rate of treatment group were 90.00%, higher than that of control group72.50%(P＜0.05). There were improvements after the treatment in the scores of constipation including difficult evacuation of the bowel, the property of feces, sensation of tenesmus, the frequency and the flatulence, and treatment group improved significantly compared with control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiaoChengQiTang and external application therapy have definite effects in treating constipation.
