摘要:
目的：对癌痛治疗中易忽略的细节进行归纳总结，以期为临床合理使用镇痛药提供参考。方法：通过临床实践观察，并查阅国内外相关资料，从全面评估癌痛患者、正确的给药途径、用药剂量不足、减少耐受性、降低不良反应的发生率及几个用药细节等方面进行分析总结。结果及结论：癌痛治疗时，应注重评估，给予剂量合适的止痛药物，及时处理不良反应等易被忽略的环节，以提高止痛疗效及患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide reference for reasonable application of analgesics through summarizing the neglected details against cancer pain. Method: Aspects of full assessment on cancer patients, right administration route, inadequate dosage, tolerance reduction, incidence decrease of adverse reaction and other details were analyzed and summed up. Result and conclusion: During the treatment, neglected links such as assessment, appropriate dosage, and timely handling adverse reaction should be paid more attention to raise analgesic effect and heighten patients' life quality.
