摘要:
目的：基于文献分析肾病综合征蛋白尿中医证素分布及组合规律。方法：采用计算机检索和人工检索相结合的方法，对1980—2011年肾病综合征蛋白尿相关文献进行收集整理，运用SPSS12.0软件对该病中医证素分布及组合进行频次统计分析、归纳。结果：在16个影响肾病综合征蛋白尿辨证的主要证素中，病位因素以肾、脾为主；病性因素以气虚、阳虚为主；病因证素以水湿、湿热、瘀血为主。证候出现的频次高低依次为脾肾阳虚证、肾气虚(不固)证、脾气虚弱证、下焦湿热证等。结论：肾病综合征蛋白尿中医证素分布及组合具有特征性，研究其可提高NS蛋白尿中医证候诊断的规范化。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze combination and distribution of TCM syndrome elements of proteinuria induced by nephritic syndrome based on literature. Method: Associated literature on proteinuria from 1980 to 2011 was collected by manul retrieval and computer. Combination and distribution of syndrome elements were statistically analyzed and summed up with software SPSS12.0. Result: Among 16 main elements influencing syndrome differentiation of proteinuria, location factors were mainly kidney and spleen; nature factors were Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency; causes were mainly water-dampness, dampness-heat and blood stasis. Syndromes ranked according to frequency: Yang deficiency pattern of spleen and kidney, kidney Qi deficiency pattern, spleen Qi deficiency pattern, dampness-heat accumulation in lower energizer and others. Conclusion: Study on the characteristics of combination and distribution of TCM syndrome elements can improve the standardization of diagnosis of TCM syndrome.
