摘要:
通过典型病例介绍甘欣锦老师辨治化疗后骨髓抑制的临床经验。认为化疗后虽邪之未尽，但正气已虚，虚则气血阴阳不足，五脏亏损，其中以脾肾为人之先后天之本，故从脾肾入手，补益气血，治宜益肾健脾，气血双补，并佐以解毒之品，扶正解毒为主，自拟三子补血汤临床屡用疗效明显。
Abstract:
Gan Xin-jin′s experience and treatment of arrest of bone marrow after chemotherapy are illustrated through classical examples. She thinks that there are still pathogenic factors but insufficient health Qi, Deficiency meant insufficient Qi, blood, Yin and Yang as well as depletion of five viscera. Spleen and kidney are prenatal and postnatal bases of human body; therefore, treatment principles should be invigorating the spleen and kidney, dual tonification of Qi and blood and reinforcing healthy Qi and detoxifying. Self-made SanZi BuXueTang is effective remarkably in clinics.
