摘要:
目的：探讨中西医药物配合手法治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法：将120例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为中医药配合手法组与西药组各60例，观察2组患者治疗3个月后临床症状和体征改善情况，根据关节疼痛指数、活动度以及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)等实验室指标来判断治疗效果。结果：中西药物配合手法组与西药组相比，患者病情改善更明显，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者增多，Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者减少。治疗组总有效率为96.67%，对照组总有效率为88.33%，2组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医药物配合手法治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效明显优于单用西药治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of integrative medicine and manipulation in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Method: All 120 patients were randomized into group of integrative medicine & manipulation and group of western medicine equally. After treating for three months, clinical symptoms and body signs in patients of both groups were observed. Experimental indexes of joint pain index, acitivity, ESR, CRP and RF were evaluated to judge clinical effects. Result: Compared with western medicine group, the conditions of patients in group of integrative medicine and manipulation were improved notably, patients in grades I and II increased, patients in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ were reduced. Total effective rates of both groups were 96.67% and 88.33% respectively, comparisons of both groups showed significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of integrative medicine and manipulation are superior to that of western medicine remarkably in treating RA.
