摘要:
目的：观察针刺“新膀胱俞”穴治疗脑卒中后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：将80例脑卒中后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组采用针刺“新膀胱俞”穴治疗，对照组采用针刺经典膀胱俞穴治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后残余尿量变化。结果：治疗组脑卒中后尿潴留患者残余尿量与对照组比较明显减少，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺“新膀胱俞”穴治疗脑卒中后尿潴留的临床疗效较针刺经典膀胱俞穴更为明显。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of needling "Xin PangGuang Shu" in the treatment for urinary retention in stroke patients. Method: Eighty patients were divided into the observation group and the control group equally. The observation group received needling "Xin PangGuang Shu" and the control group needling acupoints of bladder meridian. Changes of residual urine volume were surveyed before and after the trating. Result:Compared with the control group, residual urine volume of patients in the observation group was decreased and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effects of needling "Xin PangGuang Shu"are better than needling acupoints of bladder meridian obviously.
