摘要:
目的：观察矩阵针灸治疗血压异常的临床疗效。方法：采用矩阵针灸随症加减治疗符合纳入标准的高血压、低血压患者各 30 例。1 次 /d，每 6 天休息 1 天，连续治疗 15～45 次，至异常血压恢复到正常范围为止。结果：高血压患者总有效率达 90.00%，低血压患者总有效率达 96.67%。收缩压、舒张压高血患者治疗后均明显改善显著（P＜0.05）。结论：矩阵针灸疗法对血压异常均有较好的治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify curative effects of matrix acupuncture in treating abnormal blood pressure.Method: Matrix acupuncture was modified based on syndrome and applied to 30 cases of hypertension and 30 patients with hypotension, once per day, the patients were acupunctured for six times and rested for one day. They were treated for 15 to 45 consecutive times till blood pressure returned to the normal range. Result: Hypotension group was superior to hypertension group in curative effects and the difference between both groups showed no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of hypertension groups decreased remarkably after treating, increased of hypotension group, there was a significant difference within one group between before and after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Matrix acupuncture is better remedy for abnormal blood pressure manifesting as hypertension and hypotension.
