摘要:
目的：观察针灸联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗伴吞咽障碍的脑出血的临床疗效和安全性。方法：应用随机数字表法将 102 例伴吞咽障碍脑出血患者分为对照组和试验组各 51 例，对照组给予针灸治疗，试验组加用神经肌肉电刺激进行治疗，比较 2 组临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：试验组总有效率(96.08%)明显高于对照组(84.31%)，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；2 组并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：针灸联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗伴吞咽障碍的脑出血临床疗效确切，安全可靠，并发症少。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) in the treatment for cerebral hemorrhage complicated with dysphagia. Method: All 102 patients were randomized into the control group and the experiment group with random number table. The control group received acupuncture, the experiment group were given with acupuncture and NMES. Curative effects and the incidence of complication of both groups were compared. Result: Total effective rate of the experiment group (96.08%) was higher than that of the control group (84.31%), the difference was significant (P＜ 0.05). There was no remarkable difference in incidence ofcomplication (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and NMES could gain definite effects in treating cerebral hemorrhage complicated with dysphagia, which are safe, reliable and with fewer complications.
