摘要:
目的：观察达立通颗粒联合西药治疗Barrett′s食管炎的临床疗效。方法：将98例Barrett′s食管炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组48例采用达立通颗粒配合西药治疗，对照组50例采用单纯西药治疗，观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床治愈38例，好转8例，无效2例，治愈率79.16%，总有效率95.83%。对照组临床治愈31例，好转10例，无效9例，治愈率62%，总有效率82%。2组治愈率及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：达立通颗粒联合西药治疗Barrett′s食管炎疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of DaLiTong granules and western medicine in treating Barrett's esophagus (BE). Method: All 98 cases were randomly divided into 48 cases of the treatment group and 50 cases of the control group. The treatment group received DaLiTong granules and western medicine; the patients in the control group were administered with western medicine, clinical effects were observed and compared. Result: In the treatment group, there were 38 cases cured, eight cases effective and two cases ineffective; cure rate was 79.16% and total effective rate 95.83%. There were 31 cases cured, ten cases effective and nine cases ineffective in the control group; cure rate was 62% and total effective rate 82%. The differences of both groups were significant in cure rate and total effective rate(P＜0.05). Conclusion: DaLiTong granules and western medicine could gain satisfactory effects in treating BE.
