摘要:
目的：观察非那雄胺、盐酸坦洛新联合前列康汤治疗老年良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各80例，2组均给予非那雄胺、盐酸坦洛新常规治疗。治疗组同时给予前列康汤，1剂/d，水煎分服。2组均连续治疗3个月。结果：显效率治疗组为81.25%，对照组为66.25%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)；总有效率治疗组为96.25%，对照组为80.91%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。国际前列腺症状问卷(IPSS)评分、QOL评分、最大尿流量、前列腺体积、残余尿量等观察指标2组治疗后相比，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：非那雄胺、盐酸坦洛新联合前列康汤治疗老年良性前列腺炎临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of finasteride, tamsulosin hydrochloride and QianLieKang Tang in the treatment for senile patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method: All 160 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group equally. Both groups took finasteride and tamsulosin hydrochloride. The observation group took QianLieKangTang, one dose per day, decocted. Both groups were treated for three consecutive months. Result: Effectual rates of the treatment group and the control group were 81.25% and 66.25%, the difference between both groups was significant(P＜0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.25% and 80.91%, the difference was remarkable (P＜0.05). The differences after treating between both groups were significant in IPSS scale, QOL score, maximum urinary flow, the volume of prostate, residual urinary volume (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Finasteride, tamsulosin hydrochloride and QianLieKangTang could gain remarkable effects for senile patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
