摘要:
目的：探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者不良生活方式的影响。方法：将我院2008年4月至2010年4月入院治疗的180例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各90例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和护理，治疗组患者在此基础上给予综合护理干预。患者出院4周后随访，比较2组患者生活方式改变差异。结果：2组患者不良生活方式改善情况，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预对改善冠心病患者的不良生活方式具有积极的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influences of comprehensive nursing intervention on lifestyle of patients with coronary heart disease. Method: All 180 patients admitted to our hospital from April, 2008 to April, 2010 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group were given with routine treatment and nursing, the treatment group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The differences of lifestyles in patients of both groups were compared and the patients were followed after discharged in four weeks. Result: The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvements of lifestyles, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention is positive in improving the lifestyle of the patients with coronary heart disease.
