摘要:
陈文选在对儿童白血病的临证治疗实践中，病因探索经历了从“肾阳亏虚、生血乏源”到“热毒为本、体虚为标”再到“内因胎毒、外因疫邪”的三个阶段;病机辨识总结出“毒蕴骨髓证、毒犯营血证、气滞血瘀证、精血虚损证”四大证型；辨证施治精炼出“清热解毒法、清髓宣郁法、清热凉血法、活血化瘀法、补肾健脾法、气血双补法、滋阴益髓法、顾护胃气法”八大治法；综合治疗总结出“避疫纳气回归自然、注重食疗药食并施、尊重同道中西合壁”的三大法则。
Abstract:
In the course of Chen Wenxuan treating children with leukemia, the exploration on the causes of the disease had experienced three stages: "kidney-Yang deficiency and lack of blood", "toxic heat as the root, body weakness as the symptoms" and "fetal toxicity as internal cause, pestilence as external cause", the differentiation of pathogenesis was concluded as four patterns "toxic accumulating in bone marrow, toxic invasing Ying-blood, Qi and blood accumulation, life essence and blood insufficiency"; syndrome differentiation and treatment was summed up as eight methods, which included "heat-toxic clearing method, bone marrow clearing and stasis diffusing method, heat clearing and blood cooling method, activating blood and eliminating stagnation method, kidney-spleen invigorating method, Qi-blood dual nourishing method, nourishing Yin to tonify bone marrow method, stomach-Qi nourishing method"; comprehensive treatment should adhere to three principles "return to the nature by avoiding the pestilence, food therapy and drugs at the same time, the combination of western medicine and Chinese medicine".
