摘要:
目的：评价针刺治疗面肌痉挛随机对照及临床对照试验的有效性。方法：电子检索2000年1月至2013年1月万方数据库(WF)、中国知网(CNKI)中针刺治疗面肌痉挛的相关文献，纳入针刺治疗面肌痉挛的随机对照试验(RCT)和临床对照试验(CCT)，根据Cochrane系统评价方法评价纳入研究项目的质量。采用Review Manager 5.1软件进行Meta分析统计学处理。结果：6篇文献符合纳入标准，共843例面肌痉挛患者Meta分析显示，针刺治疗面肌痉挛与药物治疗总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义［合并OR(固定效应模型)＝7.74，95% CI(4.89，12.24)，经Z检验，Z＝8.74，P＜0.00001］。结论：针刺治疗面肌痉挛疗效优于药物治疗，但仍需更多大样本RCT进行验证支持，同时针灸临床科研设计水平还有待进一步提高。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess the effectiveness of randomized controlled and controlled clinical trial of acupuncture in treating facial spasm. Method: The related literature about acupuncture in treating facial spasm included randomized controlled trial(RCT) and controlled clinical trial (CCT) were retrieved in WanFang database (WF) and CNKI from January, 2000 to January, 2013, the quality of included researches were evaluated with Cochrane systematic evaluation methodology. Meta analysis was performed with Review Manager Software 5.1. Result: There were six articles meeting the included criteria, Meta analysis of 843 patients showed that the comparison between acupuncture and drug for facial spasm demonstrated the difference with statistical meaning [complicated with OR(fixed effect model)=7.74, 95% CI(4.89, 12.24), tested with Z, Z=8.74, P＜0.00001]. Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating facial spasm is superior to the drugs, but it still needs more large-sample RCT to be verified, the design level of clinical research on acupuncture needs to be improved further.
