摘要:
目的：观察常规治疗加醒脑静注射液佐治急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法：选取2010年1月至2012年12月收治的因急性有机磷农药中毒伴有昏迷的重症患者100例，随机分为2组，治疗组51例在常规治疗的基础上将醒脑静注射液20 mL，加入5%葡萄糖250 mL静脉滴注，1次/d，连用7天为1个疗程;对照组49例，给予洗胃、纳洛酮催醒常规治疗，联合应用抗胆碱能药与胆碱酯酶复能药。结果：治疗组患者昏迷时间明显缩短，死亡率降低，并发症减少，优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：常规治疗加醒脑静注射液佐治急性有机磷农药中毒具有快速催醒复苏、降低病死率，有效改善预后及患者生存质量的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of routine treatment and XingNaoJing injection in treating acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Method: One hundred patients admitted from January, 2010 to December, 2012 were chosen and randomized into two groups. Fifty-one cases of the treatment group received routine treatment and intravenous dripping of XingNaoJing injection, 20mL, and 5% glucose injection, 250mL, once per day, for seven consecutive days; 49 cases in the control group accepted routine treatment: gastric lavage, promoting revival with naloxone, the combination of anticholinergic drug and cholinedterase reactivators. Result: Coma duration of the patients in the treatment group was shortened significantly, mortality rate was decreased, the complication was lessened, superior to the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Routine treatment and XingNaoJing injection in treating acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning demonstrate the advantages of rapidly promoting revival, decreasing mortality and morbidity, effectively improve the prognosis and life quality of the patients.
