摘要:
目的：以没食子酸含量建立十味黑冰片丸的质量控制标准。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱，流动相为乙腈－4%磷酸溶液(5∶95)，检测波长为272 nm ，流速0.8 mL/min。结果：没食子酸对照品在0.4～2.0 μg浓度内线性关系良好，r=0.999 3。平均加样回收率99.64 % ， RSD 为0.22 %(n=6)。结论：该方法准确可靠、简便，可用于十味黑冰片丸的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish a method for quality control of ShiWei HeiBingPianWan by determining the contents of gallic acid. Method: Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was adopted, the C18 column consisted of acetonitrile-4% Phosphoric acid (5:95) as mobile phase, 272nm as detection wavelength, 0.8mL/min as flow rate. Result: Gallic acid showed a better linear relationship in the range of 0.4~2.0 μg, r=0.999 3. Average recovery rate was 99.64%, RSD was 0.22% (n=6). Conclusion: The method, accurate, reliable and simple, could be used for quality control of ShiWei HeiBingPianWan.
