摘要:
目的：分析在华非洲留学生抑郁情况、中医体质类型分布情况及影响因素。方法：以Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、《中医体质量表》及背景情况表对第二军医大学留学生进行随机抽样的流行病学调查研究。结果：SDS总均分为（45.33±1.26）分，37.0%的人存在抑郁情绪；抑郁情绪的影响因素为平和质（β=-0.39）、年龄（β=0.42）、在华时间（ β=-0.26）及气郁质（β=0.24）。结论：气郁质、年龄为来华非洲留学生形成抑郁情绪的主要因素，平和质、在华时间对抑郁情绪呈反向作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze influencing factors and the distribution of TCM constitutions, the depression of African students in China. Method: Foreign students in the Second Military Medical University were chosen to perform epidemiological investigation through Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS), TCM constitutions scale and background information scale. Result: Average scores of SDS were(45.33±1.26), 37.0% of the students were depressed; the influencing factors of the depression were peace constitution ( β=-0.39), age (β=0.42), the time of staying in China ( β=-0.26) and Qi stagnation constitution ( β=0.24). Conclusion: Qi stagnation constitution and age are the main factors of African students forming the depression, peace constitution and the time of staying in China are against the formation of depression.
