摘要:
目的：观察益肾壮督颗粒治疗女性阳虚寒瘀型慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法：将145例女性慢性腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗组75例和对照组70例，治疗组口服益肾壮督颗粒，10 g/次，3次/d；对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊，1粒/次，2次/d。2组均于治疗20天后进行疗效评价。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.67%，对照组为71.43%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)；治疗后2组证侯量化积分与治疗前相比具有显著性差异(P＜0.001)，且2组之间差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组间不良反应发生率对照组高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：益肾壮督颗粒对女性阳虚寒瘀型慢性腰肌劳损有明显治疗作用，且不良反应小。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of YiShen ZhuangDu granules in treating woman suffering from chronic lumbar muscle degeneration of Yang deficiency and cold accumulation pattern. Method: All 145 patients were randomized into 75 cases in the treatment group and 70 cases in the control group. The treatment group oral YiShen ZhuangDu granules, 10g each time, three times per day; the control group took ibuprofen sustained-release capsule, one pill each time, twice per day. Clinical effects were observed after treating for 20 days. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.67%, higher than 71.43% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning(P=0.0000); the comparison had significant difference when syndrome quantitative integral before treating was compared with the integral after treating in both groups(P＜0.001), the difference had statistical meaning between both groups; the control group was higher than the treatment group in the incidence of adverse reaction, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: YiShen ZhuangDu granules are effective in treating woman suffering from chronic lumbar muscle degeneration of Yang deficiency and cold accumulation pattern with minor adverse reaction.
