摘要:
从更年期综合征症状的动静与组方动静主次问题，肾与肝、心、脾的关系在更年期综合征治疗中的体现，更年期综合征的辨证分型与证候本质，肝气郁结是更年期综合征的重要病机，肾虚血瘀理论在更年期综合征治疗中的应用，从痰论治更年期综合征备受重视6方面入手就中医药治疗更年期综合征的思路与方法作一探讨，指出更年期综合征的治疗重在辨治思路的确立。
Abstract:
The thinking and method of TCM therapy for climacteric syndrome are discussed from climacteric symptoms and the prescription, the relationship among kidney, liver, heart and spleen, syndrome differentiation and patterns of climacteric syndromes and the nature of syndrome, liver-Qi stagnation was an important pathogenesis, the application of kidney-deficiency and blood stasis theory, emphasizing treating climacteric syndrome by phlegm. The thinking of syndrome differentiation is the key of treating climacteric syndrome.
