摘要:
目的：观察阿是穴合谷刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将170例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组86倒，行阿是穴合谷刺配合常规针刺与推拿治疗；对照组84例行常规针刺配合推拿治疗，3个疗程后观察2组患者疗效及治疗成绩评分。结果：治疗组有效率为95.3％，治愈显效率为74.4％；对照组有效率为81.0％，治愈显效率为47.6％;腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分比较，治疗组治疗后明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：阿是穴合谷刺配合常规针刺与推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定，操作可行，能明显提高患者治疗成绩评分。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of AShi acupoints HeGu needling and massage in treating lumbar Intervertebral disc protrusion. Method: All 170 patients were randomized into 86 cases of the treatment group, who received AShi acupoint HeGu needling, routine needling and massage, and 84 cases of the control group who were given with routine needling and massage, the treatment scales and clinical effects of both groups were observed after treating for three courses of treatment. Result: Effective rate of the treatment group was 95.3%, markedly effective rate 74.4%, higher than 81.0% and 47.6% of the control group; the treatment group was higher than the control group remarkably after treating in the comparison of lumbar disease treatment scales (P＜0.05). Conclusion: AShi acupoints HeGu needling, routine needling and massage could obtain definite effects in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, which is practicable and could raise the treatment scales of the patients obviously.
