摘要:
目的：观察层级全责护理模式对护理质量控制效果的影响。方法：比较实施明晰职责、建立薪酬激励机制、制定相关操作规程、实行弹性排班等层级全责护理模式前后护理质量考评指标。结果：护理质量考核合格率、护理文书书写合格率、患者健康教育知晓率、三基及专科知识考试合格率、差错事故发生例数、患者投诉例数等指标2012年与2011年相比，差异明显(P＜0.05），2012年全科护理质量考评结果优于2011年。结论：层级全责护理模式的开展对护理质量控制成效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of hierarchical full-responsibility nursing system on quality control of care. Method: The indexes for quality evaluation of care were compared before and after implementing hierarchical full-responsibility nursing system including the definition of duties, establishing the mechanism of salary inspiration, the establishment of operation procedure, elastic shift arrangement and others. Result: The difference was significant when 2012 was compared with 2011 in qualification rate of care quality, nursing paper writing pass percentage, awareness rate of health education, pass rates of basic theory, knowledge and skills as well as professional knowledge, the cases of mistakes, the cases of complaints and others (P＜0.05), the results of care quality evaluation at the year of 2012 were superior to those at the year of 2011. Conclusion: The launch of hierarchical full-responsibility nursing system could obtain notable effects in quality control of the care.
