摘要:
目的：对镰形棘豆氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及挥发油4个部位进行提取并对各提取物进行止咳、祛痰的药效比较研究。方法：通过小鼠氨水引咳实验观察各提取物的止咳作用；通过小鼠气管酚红排泌实验观察各提取物的祛痰作用。结果：与正常对照组比较，镰形棘豆各提取物组均能显著延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)，并增加小鼠气道酚红排泌量(P＜0.01)。结论：镰形棘豆氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及挥发油4个部位提取物均具有止咳、祛痰的作用，尤以氯仿提取物作用效果最好。
Abstract:
Objective: To extract chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and volatile oil from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou(Oxytropis falcata Bunge.) and compare the effects of different extracts. Methods: Mice models were induced by ammonia and administered with the extracts to observe the functions of stopping the cough; its function of dispelling the phlegm was observed by phenol sulfonphthalein excretion method in trachea of mice. Results: Compared with normal control group, different extracts from LianXing JiDou could obviously prolong the incubation period of cough and reduce the times of cough (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05), and increase phenol sulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice(P＜0.01). Conclusion: Chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and volatile oil from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou could stop the cough and dispel the phlegm, especially the extracts of chloroform showing the best effects.
