摘要:
目的：观察自拟解毒消银汤加减配合青黛散外敷治疗寻常型银屑病(PV)的临床疗效。方法：将84例PV患者随机分为2组，每组42例，对照组采用青黛散外敷，治疗组在对照组基础上内服自拟解毒消银汤加减治疗，疗程4周，停药后观察临床症状、白介素-22、TGF-β1等的变化情况并作统计分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为85.7%，显著高于对照组的59.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组治疗后IL-22水平均较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.01)，TGF-β1水平明显上升(P＜0.01)；治疗后2组IL-22、TGF-β1水平比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：解毒消银汤加减联合青黛散外敷治疗PV疗效显著，无不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of modified self-made JieDu XiaoYin Tang and QingDai powder for external use in treating psoriasis vulgaris (PV). Methods: All 84 PV patients were randomized into two groups, 42 cases each group, the control group received QingDai powder for external use, and the treatment group took modified self-made JieDu XiaoYin Tang on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group, four weeks were one course of the treatment, clinical symptom, the changes of interleukin-22 (IL-22) and TGF-β1 were observed after stopping the medication, and statistically analyzed. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%, higher than 59.5% of the control group evidently, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The levels of IL-22 in both groups were decreased after treating than before treating evidently (P＜0.01), the level of TGF-β1 was raised remarkably (P＜0.01); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of IL-22 and TGF-β1 in both groups after treating (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Modified JieDu XiaoYin Tang and QingDai powder for external use could obtain notable effects in treating PV without adverse reaction.
