摘要:
目的: 观察中药对2型糖尿病低血糖发生率的影响。方法:将应用胰岛素的86名2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组、观察组各43例，2组均根据病情使用诺和灵R、诺和灵N或诺和灵30R等胰岛素治疗。治疗组同时采用滋阴清热、补肾健脾、益气养阴、活血化瘀中药治疗，1剂/d，随症加减连续服药2个月。观察治疗期间低血糖发生频率。结果:糖化血红蛋白治疗组较对照组控制理想，但2组比较无明显差异（P＞0.05）；低血糖发生次数对照组高于治疗组，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:中药对应用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者有稳定血糖，减少低血糖发生的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of herbs on the incidence rate of hypoglycemia of the patients with type two diabetes meillitus. Methods: All 86 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the observation group, Both groups received different kinds of insulin according to the conditions. The treatment group accepted the herbs of Yin-nourishing and heat-clearing, kidney-spleen invigorating, Qi- invigorating and Yin-nourishing, blood-activating and stagnation-eliminating, one dose per day, the formulae were modified and the patients took the decoction for two months. The incidence rate of hypoglycemia was observed during the treatment. Results: The treatment group controlled glycosylated hemoglobin better than the observation group, but there was insignificant difference between both groups(P＞0.05); the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was higher than that of the treatment group, the difference was notable(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbs could keep blood glucose stable and obviously reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in the patients with type two diabetes mellitus who were treated with insulin.
