摘要:
目的：观察针刺百会、四神聪穴对老年患者全麻后苏醒的临床效果。方法：选择ASAⅡ—Ⅲ级80例老年患者，随机分为A组和B组各40例，手术结束通气功能良好后，A组患者针刺百会、四神聪，B组无特殊干预使之正常苏醒，观察2组苏醒时间、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、改良的警觉-镇静(OAA/S)评级、脑电双频谱指数(bispectral index，BIS)值。结果：与空白对照组相比，针刺组苏醒时间明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，2组MAP、HR、RR、SPO2差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：针刺百会、四神聪穴有明显促醒作用,可以缩短老年患者全麻后苏醒时间，并且安全性高，无明显不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of needling BaiHui(DU20) and SiShenCong (EX-HN1) in the recovery of senile paitnets after general anesthesia. Methods: All 80 senile patients from ASAⅡ to Ⅲ were divided to group A and B, 40 cases each group, by the end of the surgery, when ventilation function performed well, group A accepted needling Baihui and SiShenCong, group B were recovered normally with special intervention, the recovery time, mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate (HR), resipiratory rate (RR), blood oxygen saturation (SPO2), OAA/S and bispectral index (BIS) of both groups were observed. Results: Compared with blank control group, recovery time of acuncture group was shortened significantly, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in MAP, HR, RR and SPO2 between both groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Needling BaiHui and SiShenCong show the function of promoting the recovery, the therapy could improve recovery speed of senile patients after general anesthesia, which is safe and without obvious adverse reaction.
