摘要:
目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C-反应蛋白（Hs-CRP）在2型糖尿病合并脑梗死中的诊断价值。方法：选取临床确诊的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者38例，单纯2型糖尿病患者50例，健康对照组50例，分别检测其血清中Hcy、Hs-CRP、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）。结果：糖尿病合并脑梗死组、单纯2型糖尿病组的血清Hcy、Hs-CRP水平均高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），糖尿病合并脑梗死组的血清Hcy、Hs-CRP与单纯糖尿病组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。糖尿病合并脑梗死组血清Hcy水平与Hs-CRP水平呈显著正相关（P＜0.05），与SOD水平呈显著负相关（P＜0.05）。结论：检测2型糖尿病患者血清Hcy、Hs-CRP水平对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死有着早期预测和诊断价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the value of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) showed in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods: All 38 patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 cases of normal control group were selected, The levels of Hcy, Hs-CRP and SOD were detected respectively. Results: The group of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than normal control group in the levels of serum Hcy, Hs-CRP, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05), the difference demonstrated statistical meaning when the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction was compared with the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus (P＜0.05). The level of serum Hcy was closely related to the level of Hs-CRP in the group of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction (P＜0.05), it was negatively related to the level of SOD (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Detection of serum Hcy and Hs-CRP could predict and diagnose type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.
