摘要:
目的：分析血塞通注射剂所致药品不良反应(ADR)的一般规律和药物流行病学特点，为临床合理、安全用药提供参考。方法：通过检索维普(VIP)、万方医学网与中国知网(CNKI)数据库，收集血塞通注射剂所致ADR案例，应用统计学方法对其ADR信息进行回顾性分析。结果：血塞通注射剂所致药品不良反应各年龄组均有分布，临床表现复杂多样，涉及多器官、多系统；且以速发型变态反应为主;应警惕过敏性休克。结论：应规范临床用药，加强对血塞通注射剂不良反应(ADR)的监测，以确保临床用药安全。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide reference for rational and safe use of XueSaiTong injection in clinic by analyzing general rules and pharmacoepidemiology of adverse drug reactions (ADR). Methods: ADR cases induced by XueSaiTong injection were collected by searching VIP, WanFang and CNKI database, ADR information was retrospectively analyzed with statistical methods. Results: ADR induced by XueSaiTong injection was distributed at different ages, complex and diverse in clinical manifestations, involving multi-organ and multi-system; and mainly performance with immediate allergy, so anaphylactic shock should be alerted. Conclusion: To ensure safe drug use in clinic, clinical application should be regulated and the monitor for XueSaiTong injection ADR enhanced.
