摘要:
目的：探讨儿童胃镜检查的护理要点。方法：对200例儿童胃镜检查前后护理工作（术前对儿童患者的心理辅导，术中帮助患者配合检查摆好体位，固定好口垫，做好胃镜及活检钳等附件的清洗消毒灭菌工作，教患儿及家长卫生护理知识等）的回顾性分析，整理出儿童胃镜检查的护理要点。结果：200例儿童胃镜检查中，3例患儿因术前哭闹经全麻后行无痛胃镜检查，1例出现口唇紫绀，吸氧后好转。其余196例皆顺利完成检查，且无并发症及院内感染发生。结论：良好完善的护理方案对儿童能够顺利完成胃镜检查十分重要。
