摘要:
目的：分析药学服务的转变措施，为医院更好地开展药学服务提供对策。方法：对比近2年药学服务的转变措施，并进行转变前后临床用药效果分析。结果：药学人员转变服务理念利用其专业技术优势开展药学服务，提高了合理用药水平，降低了药品不良反应的发生率。结论：转变服务理念开展药学服务有利于医院药学服务水平的进一步提高，逐步达到“以病人为中心”的安全用药目的。
