摘要:
目的：观察小儿痢疾方保留灌肠治疗小儿湿热泄泻的临床疗效。方法：将湿热泄泻患儿60例随机分为2组各30例，在2组常规治疗基础上，对照组采取蒙脱石散治疗，治疗组采用小儿痢疾方加减治疗，观察临床症状和体征改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组治疗前后次要症状比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，说明治疗组能显著改善湿热证泄泻的次要症状；治疗3天后治疗组泄泻主要症状与对照组相比有明显差异(P＜0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。结论：小儿痢疾方加减保留灌肠治疗疗小儿湿热泄泻效果优于单纯西药治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of modified XiaoEr dysentery prescription for retention enema in treating children with diarrhea of damp-heat pattern. Methods: Sixty children were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group, the control group were treated by Montmorillonite powder and the treatment group modified XiaoEr dysentery prescription, clinical symptoms and the improvement of body signs were observed. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in total effective rate (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of secondary symptoms between before and after treating in the treatment group (P＜0.05), which indicated that secondary symptoms of diarrhea of damp-heat pattern could be improved notably in the treatment group; there was significant difference from the comparisons of main symptoms in three days after treating when the treatment group was compared with the control group (P＜0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Modified XiaoEr dysentery prescription for retention enema is effective in treating children with diarrhea of damp-heat pattern.
