摘要:
分析中医语言特征，总结中医隐喻汉英翻译的策略和方法，指出中医有着中国古代哲学思想和历史文化的深厚积淀，这些又促成了中医特有的语言特点；随着中医对外传播步伐的加快，中医英译的原则、方法和效果等需要进一步的研究和实践；中医学的思维特征为“取象比类”，中医语言中包含着大量的隐喻。
Abstract:
The language of TCM shows unique characteristics with the profound philosophical ideas and historical culture. Since the step of TCM external communication is increased, the principles, methods and effects of TCM translation should be re-evaluated and more researches should be done; lots of metaphors could be seen in TCM language and the thinking features of TCM are analogy, the paper is discussing translation strategies and the method of TCM metaphors in Chinese-English translation by analyzing the special features of TCM language.
